I began speaking the Summer of 2017 when I had seen a dramatic shift in my life. The previous fall I had started in business that blew up to be a 2.4 million dollar team in just 5 1/2 months. Before I knew it I had over a thousand women looking up to me for guidance, advice, as a role model, a mentor, and someone they wanted to be like. This was something that felt so foreign to me. As I talked to women, they seemed to have this idea that I was able to be successful because I was so outgoing and fun and all these traits they felt they didn’t have…that maybe I had something they didn’t. I wanted them to understand that they couldn’t be further from the truth. I was EXACTLY them….just a future version of them. This idea formed my keynote. I wanted to get on their level by bringing them through the difficult journeys of my past. I wanted to talk about the things that made me feel worthless, so they could really understand what it felt like when I thought I wasn’t enough. We can connect through pain, through struggle, insecurities, through all the things we deal with as women, so that together, we can break through the lies and stories that we’ve told ourselves over the years, and discover that Badass Woman that is within us all. The Queen that we were born to be!!!
Women entrepreneurship is an ever growing industry in which millions are setting out to find themselves and find success. I have often seen far too many of them holding back. It is vital to put themselves out there in a way they’ve never had to before and really brand themselves as a business owner. This can lead to fear, doubt and anxiety brought on by life experiences and a distorted sense of themselves.
It is my passion connecting with women and helping them find their success. Walking with them through their past and inner belief systems. I help them recognize their struggles with self worth and self doubt, and connect with them on a deep level so that they can find their true strength and crush their fears.
During the workshop, I pull the group into a level of vulnerability by addressing many of the things we deal with as women. I then put them in the mindset they need to be honest with themselves, so that they can finally come to a level of confidence and self realization they may not have been able to perceive before.
Self worth in an industry where you are required to network is the most crucial business step that is often overlooked and pushed deep into the recesses of our subconscious. By owning all the things that make us who we are, we gain power to overcome and open that box we’ve sealed so tightly.
I will help them own their inner beauty… I AM BEAUTIFUL
I will help them feel adequate just as they are…I AM ENOUGH
Help them feel their greatness… I AM GLORIOUS
And ultimately who they really are… I AM A QUEEN
Once they’ve found their inner queen we will talk about putting themselves out there in a social media world and how to brand themselves in the right way. To be professional, yet truly, unapologetically, and genuinely themselves.
We will be able to tailor each speaking engagement to your company’s specific needs whether it is self branding, social media presence, photo and video professionalization, or business tactics that can help them launch their businesses forward.
I live each day looking forward to the next chance I have to be in a room full of women. To laugh with them, cry with them, really FEEL their souls, and make a room full of friendships and a level of bonding that us women just YEARN for.
